Hello, in this
blog I will talk about the best holidays I remember.
In summer of
2016 with a group of teachers and classmates of my school went to Salamanca, inside
of Coquimbo region, for 12 days. We went to mission because I studied to
Catholic school, and every summer we visited the houses of distant cities where
the people don’t have the opportunity to hear the word of God.
In these days
we visited a lot of houses, I heard the people talks about their problems and
we gave him encouragement to continue. Besides we had small activities with the
neighbors, adults and children, where we raised topics in the conversation. For
example one day we told them to try to draw the road of their life and to tell
us if God was there for them, I still remember that moment and everything the
people said.
I met a lot of
people whit whom I talked about their life and God, this is the reason that I think
that It marked me. I really felt that in this days I lived very good moments and
will live in my memories.
This was my best holiday because
I felt that I grew up like a person and come closer to God.
i think is great that you spend vacation time helping people, sometimes that's more comforting than other things.
